St. Thomas, Puerto Rico or Hawaii (you would have to go to a resort like Sandles or Breezes). Check with a travel agent.

St. Thomas (or nearby St.John, which you have to get to by ferry) is the best place to look for all-inclusive…you can find very limited resorts in Puerto Rico who have all-inclusives and I’ve NEVER seen one in Hawaii…that’s pretty much unheard of.

Also, you might want to consider Key West, FL…again, there’s no all-inclusive resorts but you could rent a cottage for fairly cheap and go to Walgreens or the grocery store and buy booze/food…it’s a VERY nice option versus Caribbean when you don’t have a passport.

It all depends where in the world you live.

What’s wrong with getting a passport anyway?

You still have to have a passport to enter back into the United States, if this is where you are from.

Sure, you can go to the Caribbean without a passport like the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, but you must have a passport to return to the United States.

So either way you will still need a passport if you want to come back home.
