As a much more progressive country, Europe offers the gay traveler everything from clubs to eateries to family friendly hotels.London, of course, offers numerous gay hot spots and travel destinations that cater to the gay crowd.
Gay travel in Europe is a much different experience. There are destinations like London for gay travelers–Soho which is an entire town devoted to the community. Here, you can find everything from shops to eateries to clubs that offer you the authentic European gay experience.This is a highly popular destination for most gay couples looking for an out holiday.
European towns and cities are generally open, as tolerant travel has become ever more important throughout the countries that comprise Europe. With the increase in friendly atmospheres, local and tourists alike have found the violence is down. Intolerance and preaching is down. There are more friendly destinations here than just about anywhere else.
Barcelona has become quite progressive and can be a fantastic hot spot for gay tourism. Genoa and Granada have some highly popular gay hot spots as well. Finding your perfect holiday travel destination that gives you the chance to be open and free is no longer difficult.

Pubs and establishments within the friendly areas are not the typically hole in the wall locales that many of us are accustomed to. You can just walk in as yourself rather than walking into an underground destination without windows.
